1. Scope
This policy applies to paid MEDJIK SOFTWARE products and recurring subscriptions unless different product-specific terms are clearly presented at purchase.
2. Recurring subscriptions
Where a product uses a recurring subscription, it may be cancelled according to the cancellation method provided for that product. Unless applicable law or product-specific terms require otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.
3. Refunds
Payments for a billing period or digital product that has already been supplied are generally non-refundable unless the applicable product terms or law provide otherwise. Pro-rata refunds are not normally provided. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Billing errors
If you believe a MEDJIK SOFTWARE purchase was charged incorrectly or duplicated, contact us. Confirmed erroneous or duplicate charges will be handled appropriately.
5. Trials and product-specific offers
A MEDJIK SOFTWARE product may offer a free trial or promotional period. The applicable duration, price after the trial, renewal timing and cancellation conditions must be presented for that product before a paid subscription begins.
