1. Scope and services
These Terms apply to MEDJIK SOFTWARE software products and online services unless product-specific terms state otherwise. Features, limits, pricing and availability may vary by product and selected plan.
2. Accounts
Where an account is required, users are responsible for accurate information, login security and activity through their accounts.
3. Trials, purchases and subscriptions
Individual products may be free, sold as one-time purchases, or offered through recurring subscriptions. A product may also offer a free trial. The applicable price, billing interval, trial period, limits and renewal conditions are those presented for that product at signup or checkout.
4. Payment
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Customers are responsible for valid billing information and applicable taxes or charges where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
MEDJIK SOFTWARE products and services must not be used unlawfully, to interfere with their operation, obtain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, abuse other users or violate third-party rights.
6. Customer data
Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data they submit and for having the necessary rights to use it.
7. Product-specific terms
Some products may require additional rules, technical requirements, service limits or licensing terms. Where provided, those product-specific terms supplement these general Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable operation but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security and product development may require reasonable changes.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful or abusive use, security risks or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
10. Cancellation
For recurring subscriptions, cancellation rules shown for the relevant product and our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
